Journeymap allows users to manage and delete certain personal data directly from within the app, without needing to delete their account.
Saved plans – Users can remove any or all plans they have created.
Chat history – Users can clear their messages with the AI chatbot at any time.
Open the app and tap the plans icon on the main page.
Click on the plan to be deleted → Choose option Delete plan.
Open the app and choose a city you want to visit.
In the map screen you have the chat button on the top right corner.
Open the chat and also on the top right corner you have a Delete Messages button.
Selected data will be permanently removed from your account.
Other account information (name, email, subscriptions) will remain unaffected.
Purchases or subscriptions via Google Play will remain active and are not affected by data deletion.
Providing this functionality gives users more control over their personal data while keeping their account active.
